To implement incremental Change management process to a Tier1 Automotive Electric and Electronic Supplier's four different production locations and eleven service locations. Lean Change Manager -The role is end-to-end Lean Change Management process deployment with company enterprise system. The project was about incremental and organizational change. The scope: Deploy Change management with the all stakeholders (Engineering,manufacturing, supplier Quality management,after sales, dealers) including employee training, PLM (Enovia) enterprise implementation with SAP, Kaizen, problem solving, A3, Supplier quality process, Supply Chain process,Warehouse, Kanban and Financial processes (cash flow, sourcing,payments..) supplier engagement. Release and Data management. I was coordinated the company daily process with IT to costumise ERP software based on requirement.
