The business transformation for the automotive interior company from Germany to Slovakia. The plant area 20.000 m2 with 72 injection machines.

Manage the project risk management

Take the permission from the affected clients and the Government : The part delivery locations will be changed).

Prepare a new PPAP due to new manufacturing location. The certain Quality parameters had to be re run. 

On the New plant : implement Lean process : VSM (current & future).

Run workshops (Kaizen events).

implement the changes,  take action to standardize or improve the process.

VA / VE - Engineering Value management

It was about the run value management activities cross the organization to find cost reduction / Lean / CI opportunities.

Run the training activities the both internal and external costumers, execute workshops, define the value opportunity, prepare business case , implement as change either CI. Lean....

Tier1 Seat Supplier Change management process implementation with SAP system setup and deploy Lean Change process. 


To implement incremental Change management process to a Tier1 Automotive Electric and Electronic Supplier's four different production locations and eleven service locations. The volume of the vehicle production about one millon per year. The electric and electronic releated parts about 2800 in the huge complexity. The project was to implement  a releasing process in the company PLM to reach custumer needs. Manage the Change and costumer demands in PLM with various ERP disiplines.  PLM tool TcE team Center ERP tools ; SAP, As400, Wers, BaaN


Lean Change Manager -The role is end-to-end Lean Change Management process deployment with company enterprise system. The project was about  incremental and organizational change. The scope: Deploy Change  management with the all stakeholders (Engineering,manufacturing, supplier Quality management,after sales, dealers) including employee training, PLM (Enovia) enterprise implementation with SAP, Kaizen, problem solving, A3, Supplier quality process, Supply Chain process,Warehouse, Kanban and Financial processes (cash flow, sourcing,payments..) supplier engagement. Release and Data management. I was coordinated the company daily process with IT to costumise ERP software based on requirement.
